Is it some form of timbale ? Custardy, eggy, but savory.
wcs is getting closer, but is a little vague on the details...I can tell you it's something very simple!

How about carrot soufflé ? Otherwise I must admit defeat. ;^)
Walt, youre about as close as you're going to get, but it's a lot simpler than soufflé. Everybody will have to take look at my next post for the explanations...
