Something delicious was ready to be served from this granite roaster and I have photos of it. The problem is, I can hardly find the time to cook right now, let alone wax eloquently about the nice dishes I do manage to create over the weekend.
What's a food blogger to do?
I'm definitely feeling overwhelmed ever since I have come up with a few professional writing gigs and come down with a bad case of time famine. As a result, Cuisine Quotidienne may merge with La France Profonde for 2007. Then again...
What do you think?

I think it's wonderful that you have some writing gigs! Will you write about food?
I think your online readers will understand.
Good luck!
Writing about food is a long-term goal. But I've realized that food writing is something of a double whammy -- you have to have time to write AND to cook!
I have been in a 'time famine' most of my adult life. Someday, when I have time, I'll figure why!
My suggestion? Do whatever you enjoy most - even if you have to do less of it...
And congrats on the writing gigs...
Thanks for the encouragement. As I look over the past comments, and all the time I've put in on CQ, I think I will continue it in 2007 -- but as you said, Katie, for fun!
